What is HealthFinders?
HealthFinders, a department of Grand Strand Medical Center, is a community resource center located inside Coastal Grand Mall serving residents and visitors of Myrtle Beach and surrounding communities. The facility offers a wide range of seminars, hospital and health information, free and low cost health screenings, wellness classes, support groups and special events.
HealthFinders is currently open 10:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Thursday.

What does HealthFinders offer?
Each month, Grand Strand Health's HealthFinders offers a variety of health seminars, classes and special events. HealthFinders provides a convenient way to obtain screenings, hospital information, health education and more.
Ongoing activities
Walk-in screenings
Screenings are currently by appointment or walk-in. If you decide to walk-in for a screening, you’re encouraged to call ahead to confirm availability. You may call HealthFinders to schedule an appointment or call ahead: (843) 839-9933.
- Lipid profile: $20 (cash or check only) - requires 12-hour fasting
- A1c: $20 (cash or check only)
- Weight and blood pressure screenings are free
Prenatal & postnatal classes
Childbirth Education, Infant Care, Breastfeeding and Infant/Child CPR classes are offered monthly. Events are free unless indicated. Registration is required to attend. Register or call (843) 692-4444.
Children's Asthma and Diabetes Camp
Camp Air Waves & Seven Seas is Grand Strand Health’s annual summer camp for kids with asthma and/or diabetes. Campers enjoy education, arts & crafts, field trips and more! The camp is based at HealthFinders inside Coastal Grand Mall and is usually scheduled in June. Campers must be 7-12 years old, under a doctor’s care and require daily medication.
